Our Rates and Availability
Stays from 2 nights and starting at €1,300.
For weekends : arrival on Friday at 5 p.m. - departure on Sunday at 4 p.m.
For week stays: arrival at 5 p.m. - departure at 10 a.m.
All-inclusive rates : electricity, water, heating, firewood (€40/additional basket), cleaning, and tourist tax (€1/person).
Bed linens, towels, and household linens included.
Baby/young child equipment available upon request (crib, changing table, high chair).
We do not allow pets in the cottage, and parties or other gatherings are not permitted.

Rental conditions
Deposit and balance

A deposit corresponding to 30% of the price of the stay excluding charges is paid on receipt of the contract either by transfer or payment into our bank account. Any collection charges are payable by the tenant.

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday or, in the case of late bookings, on the day of arrival.
Deposit

A deposit of €600 must be paid to the Lessor no later than 10 days before arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed to the tenant within 15 working days of the date of departure, after deduction of all sums due.
Cancellation conditions

We will give you a full refund if you have to cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay, and a 50% refund if you have to cancel between 30 and 15 days before. However, if you cancel less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will charge you the full amount.
Our restrictions on taking care of the premises

Cigarettes are not permitted inside the property, and any breach will result in a deduction from the deposit.

To preserve peace and quiet on the estate, student parties and stag and hen parties are strictly forbidden.

We love our 4-legged friends. However, for health and safety reasons, we do not accept pets.
